However, when the screen came on and Shaun explained not only what I was looking at, but exactly where it was broken, I was amazed. Although, like most folks these days, I didn't like the news and the unexpected expense, I must say I was treated fairly and feel like I received a real value for my sewer repairs. "Our restaurant restrooms both backed up last night at the worst possible time. One of your men arrived very quickly after we called for service. He tried to get the line open with his big machine, but could not keep it open. He called for another worker to bring out your jetter machine to get it cleaned out. He then continued working the cable machine keeping us in service until the other worker arrived. Once they put the jetter in the line, and run it through our system, it cleaned right up and we have had no more problems. These men are real pros and their efforts were very much appreciated and your card is now on my "call first" board for all managers to see. Thanks again."
